I’ve ordered a few bouquets from Flora and they’ve all been beautiful. My most recent order I noticed the cat friendly bouquets which I loved to see. So I ordered a standard cat friendly bouquet/florist choice. It was delivered to my friend yesterday and the colors are absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful flower choices, good size and it was delivered with care.

We had a great experience from start to finish because Kate was helpful from the get-go! She provided accurate description, provided a picture, accommodated our special request. We feel it was great value and worth the $$ we spent ~ a beautiful plant that will live on!

Extremely disappointing experience with Flora on 4/17/26 when ordering an arrangement as a gift, and would not recommend them for any floral services. The arrangement delivered was very underwhelming compared to the sample pictures provided online, so I emailed the shop asking for someone to call me. It was a nice email and I assumed we just got our wires crossed a bit. The person I spoke with (think it was one of the owners) was defensive and rude from the get-go. The arrangement I ordered was a Deluxe - the sample pics said they were the Standard size so I assumed it would be slightly larger. She reprimanded me saying I need to look at the size guide - however there was a banner on the sample pictures clearly saying they were Standard size. Almost as soon as I pointed this out, the banner was removed from the image. Sneaky! When I said the arrangement underwhelming for the almost $200 paid, she then pointed out “flowers are really expensive right now so what did I expect?” and reminded me $20 of that was a delivery fee. OK. To remedy the situation, she said they would send a new arrangement but the recipient needed to be home to HAND BACK the original one to the delivery pers

First time coming to Flora and wow! They did a Wonderful job with the flowers and have good service. Super helpful employees made a nice birthday bouquet for my wife. Will definitely be coming back for Valentine’s Day

I cannot recommend getting your floral arrangements here enough! The women running everything are so kind and wonderful and creative. Working with them was great because they were very open about the costs of things so we were able to come up with a plan to stay in budget. I really appreciate that they never tried to upsell me or convince me to get something I didn't want. I sent them inspiration images and a budget and they were able to create something more beautiful than I thought possible! It's been over a month since the wedding and I'm still getting people complimenting the flowers. They really brought everything together and created some beautiful backdrops for photos. And my bouquet was just stunning! It looked absolutely amazing with my dress! Thank you so so much for everything! :)
